Her book has been ALL OVER the internet, but if you haven't read about it yet, here's an overview:
No one wanted Ai Ling. And deep down she was relieved--despite the dishonor she has brought upon her family--to be unbetrothed and free, not some stranger's subservient bride banished to the inner quarters. (Hey! I like it already!)
But now, something is after her. Something terrifying--a force she cannot comprehend. And as pieces of the puzzle start to fit together, Ai Ling begins to understand that her journey to the Palace of Fragrant Dreams isn't only a quest to find her father but a venture with stakes larger than she could have imagined. Hooked? Great. Get one for yourself.
In other news, seems I have a troll visiting my blog. Oh, yay. It's likely the same person I called a coward over at Moonrat's blog. The guy was being a bully and a racist. Even if it's not the same person, here's the deal, troll dude: I'm not someone who is afraid of conflict. Hooo, no. Not in the least.
But, if you insist on posting, you have to man up and use your name. Not "anonymous." Not "sexy." Your name. Otherwise, you can't play. It's my house and you can't come in and shit on my floor.
I just might stick your nose in it.

Trolls are so....trollish, huh? Glad you have a good book in hand!
I had an anonymous poster spouting opinions on my blog the other day and I also spoke to them today, interesting. At least mine isn't being mean. I hope the troll goes away.
Yay for Cindy -- her book HAS been everywhere!!
Trolls suck. There's great buzz about that book - wonder if that pitch was similar to the query? (Can you tell where my head is at?!!)
Yay for new and good books!
Boo for trolls. They're not welcome.
That books sound fab!

For whatever reason that cracked me up.
You go, girl! I hate those folks...we will smite them angrily!
And hooray for Caindy's book- still waiting for my copy to be delivered!
Wendy, the pic of you looks great. The lighting is incredible. Soft. Engaging. It looks like it belongs in a mag.
I don't think my troll has been back. And after all my righteous indignation! Harumph!
(And thanks for the compliment, Auria. I'll be sure to pass it along to my husband the photographer.)
A few people I know, who don't blog, like to comment under anon. I've had a few negative anons but nothing serious or terribly insulting. I think because I discuss subjects, like my last post that included elder abuse, that shake some people up, they prefer anon. ~Mary
