Awful. And yet, I can't stop laughing

At the 9 most disturbingly misogynistic old print ads.

Caution: so, so offensive! Especially the first one. Ew. But the others are funny/scary.

Now, you know I love me some politically incorrect stuff! The more laughter we can get in life, the betterer. :)

Hey...you (and other writers) might wanna check out the agent pitch opportunity here: http://bookendslitagency.blogspot.com/2008/12/my-gift-to-you.html

oh man. wow. some of those i'd seen before; like the WWII poster. kinda "cute" in its practicality, eh?

the last one is really spooky.

Those are outrageous/hilarious! We can laugh because they're no longer in print, but that's just scary to think that was acceptable!

Angie--Wow, she has a lot of pitch entires! Thanks.

Debra--You are most welcome!

ChristaCarol--I think I vaguely remember that last one running sometime in the 70s. Very scary.

moonrat--I love all those old WWII posters. A friend of mine has one poster-sized in her den. (About women stealing military secrets, not spreading VD!)

Melanie--I agree. I think my favorite is the vacant-eyed Trix "woman." She's already started her meds. Looks like she'll need them.
